I did something yesterday that I have not done since I moved into my apartment 2 years ago. I actually turned the TV off!! I actually studied! The TV is always on when I'm at home but I figured I had to start studying for the CPA Exam because I paid so much for the review course. It wasn't that bad either. I was actually getting into the studying. David Ravetch is the best prof. ever because I didn't review the material before I did the homework (I just went off what I remember from what he taught us in class last week) and I still got around 70% right (80 is passing but this is a great start). I loved Ravetch so much in Management 1A my sophomore year in college I kept taking all the Management classes and decided on this crappy career path. I had all his stupid mnemonics in my head but I guess thats the point of mnemonics. I can't see P. Diddy now without thinking of "PUFE" Daddy - the P.U.F.E. has to do with the components of other comprehensive income.

Anyway, Dante came home around midnight and he was shocked I was studying. "Oh my god! I'm so proud of you!" I had been studying for a couple hours and I was almost done so he went to buy us dinner to let me finish and we watched American Idol when he came back.

Matthew - (supposedly the only guy in the world who ever played in the Rose Bowl) Boring! Wrong song.

Bri - wrong song too... so boring! She reminded me of the girl who sang 2nd (of 3 finalists) on Oprah's pop star challenge Monday - her voice was ok but she was so stiff and it bugged the hell out of me that she would flex one arm up and down every 30 seconds... no connection with the audience at all! On another note, I think she's more manly than Dante.

Noel - ugh. so so so so so bad. bye bye!

Kara - I thought her voice was too soft... it bugs me when girls shout when they sing but it shows a little energy. She was "aight".

Lisa - she does need to lose weight... her voice was cool.

Jesus - damn, you SUCK. Sang the song wayyyyyyy too fast.

Camille - she'll make it through on her looks (and cause everyone else sucked). I like her voice but yeah, she needs work and I think she'll improve so much when she stops being nervous.

Marisa - She'll make the top 3 but thats not saying much. Maybe cause I was blocking out everything I heard earlier.

I feel sorry for everyone who went last week cause they were jipped!
