Stan's story: Eileen and I were asking Stan if he saw The Italian Job yet and he gets into the story about how he went to an unannounced preview for the movie in the Marina a couple weeks before it opened and he was sitting behind this gorgeous girl so of course, he has to try and talk to her. He asks her, "Have you heard anything about this movie?" She turns around - it was Charlize Theron! :) - and she tells him, "I think you'll like it." heehee. He also told us a month or two ago that he has breakfast at the same place in the Palisades than Jennifer Garner goes to and I asked him, "where was her husband??" (This was before they announced the divorce). I can't remember if he tried to talk to her or not but a couple days after he told us that, I saw in the news that they were getting divorced.

Gregory Peck died... I always thought he was one of the cutest... him and Cary Grant. I went through an Audrey Hepburn phase when I was in high school and I watched all her movies - I loved Roman Holiday. David Brinkley died today too. I know I'm getting old when I actually know who these people are and have seen their work.
