ESPN.com - Lawyers say Kobe's team made strong case - he is soooooooooo gonna walk! The judge will definitely send the case to trial (because they just do) but Kobe will be acquitted. I don't know why they're going to waste millions of dollars on a trial when there is so much doubt (no jury is going to convict a guy of something this huge when it comes down to a he said/she said with suspect evidence). I guess with the media, et.al., it brings Colorado millions in revenue? Anyway, how dirty/dumb do you have to be to wear 'dirty' underwear (one from a previous night you did it with someone else) to a rape exam?? Thats just gross.
