I haven't watched any of the baseball playoffs (I don't every year because the Dodgers either don't make it at all or they're out in the first round) but I wanna say, yay Aaron Boone! He hit the home run in the 11th inning to win the game and the series for the Yankees. Another Villa Park High School grad (he graduated a year before I started high school)... and this one doesn't suck. :) (Not that I'm implying anything Mr. Chenowith :) heehee. I'm just kidding - but I remember how he played his freshman year in high school and I can't get that out of my head.) Aaron has another brother who went to my high school when I was there - Matt Boone. I vaguely remember what he looks like but I remember thinking he was cute in high school. He'll be in the major leagues soon enough - he was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 3rd round of the draft. Of course, people know their dad Bob and their other brother Bret...
